My name is Amanda. I am attending Ohio University where I am majoring in Digital Media, which will hopefully enable me to go on to become a video game designer.


I have a strange fascination with lighting, I tend to trip over my own feet fairly often, I find playing Pokemon to be therapeutic, and I love this obscure series of novels that you've probably never heard of.

biomedicalephemera: The Ornithorhynchus This illustration makes me feel like I could train a platypus to beg for treats…they’d probably stab me with their venomous leg-spikes. Well, the males, at least.  Types of Animal Life. St. George Mivart, 1893. That sounds like a brilliant idea.  “Look! There goes Amanda walking her pet platypus! Wow, it even does tricks!” I’d be the coolest person in town.
